I too the NeuroToxin Training with their Nurse Practitioner Rosangela and was very satisfied with the training. The didactic was very informative. I appreciated how the information was broken down and delivered and came with a booklet to write notes on and refer to for injection patterns and different toxin brands and dilution etc… the hands on part was VERY valuable. I was give then oppurtunity to inject, *almost, a full face treatment. I was instructed on how deep/superficial I needed to be in certain muscles. After finishing the class I was very happy with the experience but the she called me and my model back to do a 2week follow up to see if she needed to add a little more in certain areas, this was awesome. She allowed me to experience a whole treatment plan for patient up to an actual follow up. I already work in the medical field so after that first class I honestly am confident enough to treat my own clients! Highly recommended to medical professionals wanting to get into botox. I’m looking forward to seeing what other trainings they start offering.
I highly recommend Revitalize Medi spa. Dr. Rose Angela Is so knowledgeable on facial structure and the best procedures for various issues. It is only been a week since my visit, but I have noticed a change in the lines on my face. I started with Botox injections, but will definitely try other procedures for deep Wrinkle therapy. I am excited to go back for my follow up and move onto the next project. I am extremely satisfied with the results so far.

I walked into Revitalize Medi spa on a whim trying to get info about their services. I was looking for a new nurse injector. I was greeted by Rosangela and Daniella. After discussing several botulinum options, I opted to proceed with Botox. Daniella listened to my concerns, assessed my facial characteristics and gave her input based on her experience. She explained her method for injecting and devised a plan to treat my forehead lines, crow’s feet, 11’s and DAO muscles around my mouth based on our conversation and my needs. She’s conservative with the first treatment and offered a touch up to get rid of any residual lines 2 weeks later. I appreciated her honesty and calm, warm approach which made me feel comfortable. At my 2 week follow up, we compared before and after photos and did minor touch ups to obtain ultimate results. We discussed other treatment options for bruxism and clenching for the future. At both visits, the injectors encouraged Alle rewards points and offered several specials that resulted in savings —follow them on IG to see their current specials for April and Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful experience and reached the results I was hoping for so I highly recommend Daniella, Rosangela and the team at Revitalize Medi Spa in Sugar land (Greatwood).
